Engine:
Cylinder block, head(s), rotor housing, rotor chamber, eccentric shaft, and bearings, pistons, piston rings, and pins, crankshaft and main bearings, pushrods, rocker arms, timing chain/timing belt and gears, valves, valve springs, seats and guides, lifters, followers, oil pump, mechanical and electric fuel pumps, injectors, fuel pressure regulator, sending unit, coolant temperature sensor, fuel rails, mass air flow sensor, idle air control valve/idle speed motor, throttle position sensor, exhaust manifolds, flywheel/flex plate, ring gear, harmonic balancer and bolts. Valve covers, timing cover, oil pan, vacuum pump, water pump, engine mounts, seals and gaskets, turbocharger housing, all internally lubricated parts, waste gate, seals and gaskets.
Manual Transmission:
Transmission case, all internal lubricated parts in the transmission case including: gears, shafts, shift forks, shift rails, synchronizers, solenoids, bell housing, transmission mounts, seals and gaskets. Transmission case is only covered if damaged by an internally lubricated part.
Automatic Transmission:
Includes all parts for manual transmissions plus bands, clutch pack, gears, vacuum modulator, pumps torque converter and transmission pan.
Drive Axle:
Axle/final drive housing, if damaged by an internally lubricated part, all internally lubricated parts, axle shafts, differential cover, universal joints and yokes, constant velocity and double offset joints, wheel bearings, drive shaft center bearings, retainers, supports, propeller shafts.
Four-Wheel Drive:
Locking hub mechanism, transfer case if damaged by an internally lubricated part, and all internally lubricated parts, drive shafts (front and rear), disconnect housing assembly, axle shafts, axle shaft bearings, vacuum switch, seals and gaskets.
Front Suspension:
Macpherson struts, upper and lower control arms, control arm shafts and bushings, upper and lower ball joints, steering knuckles, spindles and spindle supports, wheel bearings and seals, stabilizer shaft and stabilizer links and bushings, seals and gaskets.
Steering:
Manual and power steering housing and all internal lubricated parts, control valve and cylinder, rack and pinion, power steering pump and power cylinder, main and intermediate steering shafts and couplings within steering column, seals and gaskets.
Electrical:
Alternator, starter motor and solenoid, voltage regulator, distributor, ignition coil, ignition module, earn and crank sensor, ignition switch, lock cylinder, engine control module, wiring harness, manual switches, windshield wiper motor and washer pump, power window motors and gears, convertible top power motor, automatic temperature control, keyless entry module receiver, keyless entry pad, keyless entry transmitters, power seats motors, seat adjusting mechanisms, power door lock actuators and assembly.
Brakes:
Master cylinder, power booster, calipers, and wheel cylinders, combination valve, hydraulic lines and fittings, anti-Jock sensors; pump motor assembly, switches and relays. Drums and rotors are covered when required in conjunction with repair to a covered part.
Air Conditioning:
Compressor, compressor seals, compressor clutch, clutch bearing, receiver-drier, condenser, evaporator, idler pulley, tensioner assembly, field coil, accumulator, temperature control programmer, power module and seals.
Cooling and Fuel:
Radiator fan, fan clutch and motor, fuel tank, fuel sending unit and fuel lines.
Additional Factory Installed Components Only:
Stereo, cassette players, compact disc players, speakers, electronic level control compressor, sensor and limiter valve, electronic and standard instrument clusters. compass, thermometer, heated back glass, electronic driver information display and module cruise control system. Brake backing plates, springs, clips and retainers, self-adjusters, parking brake linkage and cables, seals and gaskets. A/C high/low pressure compressor cutoff switch, pressure cycling switch, heater core, heater and A/C blower motor. Gunn reserves the right to use parts of like-kind, and quality.

What's not covered
Any mechanical breakdown or loss caused wholly or partially or directly or indirectly by collision, falling objects, theft, attempted theft, fire, rust, fluid contamination, sludge build-up, foreign objects, burglary, explosion, mischief, vandalism, criminal activity, flood, wind, lightning, earthquake, environmental releases or contaminants, hail, smoke, weather and/or acts of God.
Any mechanical breakdown or loss caused wholly or partially or directly or indirectly by misuse, abuse, neglect, negligence, modification, alteration, tampering, disconnection, improper or incorrectly performed maintenance, adjustments or repairs and/or installation of parts, components or equipment that are not equivalent in quality and design to parts, components or equipment supplied by the manufacturer or that do not meet the manufacturer specifications, occurring or made after the date of delivery.
This vehicle, if it has been altered by adding a fifth wheel or by any modification to the power train, suspension (including tire or wheel sizes or offsets), frame and/or emission or exhaust systems that are not recommended by and/or in accordance with the specifications of the manufacturer.
Delays, loss of time, loss of use, loss of profit, lost income, storage, alternate transportation, interruption of business, travel expenses, towing (except as expressly covered herein), inconvenience or any other incidental or consequential damages. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you.
To the fullest extent allowed by law, all implied warranties, including the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, are expressly disclaimed after the expiration of three months from the date of delivery or once the vehicle has been driver 3,000 actual miles from the actual mileage on the date of delivery, whichever comes first. Some states do not allow limitations on how long and implied warranty lasts, so the above limitation may not apply to you.
Any mechanical breakdown or loss if the vehicle is used in a manner not recommended by the manufacturer or is issued, equipped or used for commercial use, competitive driving, racing, off-road use, hire to the public, livery, delivery, rental, snow plowing or emergency services or towing a trailer, boat, vehicle or any other object unless the vehicle is equipped with a factory-installed tow package or a tow package in accordance with the specifications of the manufacturer.
Exclusions
- Glass, paint, tires, passive restraint systems, brake rotors, brake drums, radiators, video entertainment systems, battery, trim, moldings, exhaust system, shock absorbers, carburetor, light bulbs, manual clutch, airbag systems, telephones, throttle body assembly (except injectors), lenses, sealed beams and upholstery.
- Component(s)/part(s) and service and/or repairs that qualify for coverage under the vehicle manufacturer's warranty.
- Maintenance, service and/or repairs and component(s)/part(s) described in the vehicle manufacturer's maintenance schedule.
- All non-factory and after-market component(s)/part(s) installed in or on or added to the vehicle after the date of delivery.
- Roadside assistance is available only within 35 miles of Gunn Nissan and covered only if roadside assistance is provided by Mission Wrecker (A Ace Towing) 210-341-0333.
- Personal use only.
- Alternate transportation not included.
- Mechanical breakdown as a result of overheating due to any cause is not covered.
- Any items not specifically included in the limited warranty are not covered.
- Vehicle must be taken to the Gunn Nissan for necessary service and/or repairs to the covered component(s)/part(s).
